Matching Service

No Guarantee

While we use advanced AI algorithms to match co-founders, we do not guarantee that you will find a suitable co-founder or that any partnership formed through our platform will be successful.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Evaluating potential co-founders
• Conducting due diligence before entering partnerships
• Negotiating and documenting partnership agreements
• Any legal or financial arrangements with co-founders

Intellectual Property

Platform Content

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cofounding.me and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

By posting content on the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content in connection with providing the service.

Subscription and Payment

Free and Paid Services

We offer both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time premium subscribers. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cofounding.me shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your access to or use of the service
• Any conduct or content of third parties on the service
• Any content obtained from the service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy or reliability of information
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Fitness for a particular purpose

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
